Hello everyone! Merry 6th day of Christmas, 6 Geese A` Laying :D

Anyway, this post concerns the delegation of tasks for the chalet, i.e. bringing of BBQ materials, logistics, etc. Below, is the list of tasks allocated to everyone who can make.

Please tell me asap if you cannot make it, hence I'll strike off your name, or if you would want to switch 'jobs', if not there'll be chaos!! The names have been arranged randomly and not randomly at the same time so you may want to make changes, but please do tell me. Thanks :D

The actual programme isn't really confirmed, but we'll more of less be having one set of games, probably cycling, maybe even a nightwalk and a DVD marthon through the night :D

Hello everybody! :)

This is Evan here :D Today, I bring myself to you to dispatch good news!!! :) And of course, the relief that it brings!! :D

Class chalet has been booked!! :D At an exclusively low rate, yay! :D Since my dad's a member, got the chalet at only $96.00!! (instead of the usual $210.00 I think).

So, I'm here just to inform you of the little details:

Dates: 7th-8th January (Wednesday-Thursday)
Check-in time: 2.30pm
Check-out time: 10.30am (I find this rather disturbing, but anyway 18 hours of fun is still good :D)
Venue: Costa Sands Resort @ Pasir Ris (for more information, check this webbie :) http://www.costasands.com.sg/web/index.aspx)

It's a 2-storey unit so, sleeping should not be an issue (if it was in the first place, and if you wanted to) and there should be enough room for all, so cya there!! :D:D:D

argh stupid evan asked me to post this up although i was watching my anime halfway T.T

anyway i called up NSRCC probably known as the safra country club(the one near changi with big chalets blah blah)

Only available for 2 days 1 night from 4th-10th jan. I couldnt check the dates and which chalet cause their comps had probs ): But you can go look it up at their website i guess :)

Please tell us if you guys want a 2 days 1 night chalet at NSRCC or have a 3 days 2 nights one at coasta sands. Tag or sms evan if you guys have opinions :)

CLASS OUTING!

Date: 071208
Time: 1300 (confirmed)
Venue: East Coast Park
Meeting Venue: VJC bus stop outside Neptune Court
Attire: Whatever you wish to wear, but please bring along a change of clothes and for girls, dark tees in case of impromptu dunking.

Yea so most probably we will be cycling for about 2 hours the most? Cos there is a bicycle kiosk that rents out one bicycle at $7 an hour, but gives another hour for free (i.e. $7 for 2 hours). Of course, those who wish to bring along their own bicycles are free to do so. For those who do not know/prefer not to cycle, you could bring along some skates and rollerblade. Then perhaps just play some ball games on the beach. Saying that, it would be greatly appreciated if some people were to bring their BALLS along. I have a suggestion from one self-professed manly individual that perhaps some people could build sandcastles instead. So for those who feel like doing so please feel free to bring your sandcastle-building tools. Also, for those who feel that the time could be further adjusted please feel free to let me know via msn, tagboard or sms. So far I have received one request to bring the outing earlier.

And last but not least, for those who already know the existence of this outing, please pass it on to other people. For those who had just learnt about the outing from this post, please pass it on too. The more the merrier :D

About the class chalet,
I found out that we dont need to be a safra member to book the NSRCC or the tanah merah safra country club chalet but it will be expensive though.
And i also found out that my cousin is in the NS now so maybe i could get him to book for us.

Here are the rental fees per night.

Safra members: $130
NS men: $144
Citizens: $187

All these are during the off-peak period.
